As some of you might have read already on our well viewed Facebook page, FOLK NOIR is currently putting together a great four member band to play concerts with from winter 2012/2013 on.

Also we are in a very exciting writing process of great new songs, which will be leaning to the darker side of Folk...
We can't wait to share it with the world and play live!

In the meantime there are still EP's for sale of the one time print only edition "SONGS FROM HOME NR1." If you do not have this limited copy yet, you can still purchase it HERE.

Thanks such a lot for the many nice reactions we have gotten on Folk Noirs first EP release in our Guestbook and on Facebook. We are simply overwhelmend by the large amount of interest in Folk Noir and the many requests for it during the first part of the Faun Eden Tour. Thank you all for your trust and compliments.

At the Miroque online store it is still possible to purchase your own copy per post if you can't make it to any of the Faun concerts. Click HERE to purchase FolkNoir.

Also we are happy to let you know that in the upcoming december editions of SONIC SEDUCER, ZILLO Medieaval and Miroque Magazine you will find indepth interviews on FolkNoir, why we started it and what inspired us to it. Welcome to Folk Noir | 1.11.11

It is 1.11.11 This date marks the seasonal moment of change, it is a twilight moment and from a mystic perspective it marks a new beginning. For us it embodies the start of a brand new journey, as we just started the new music project called Folk Noir.

Folk Noir is consisting of Oliver S.Tyr of FAUN and Kaat Geevers of LEAF.

Folk Noir's first release, "Songs from Home No. 1" will be for sale from Friday 4th of November 2011 on, and it will be sold as a limited edition exclusively on the FAUN 'Official' EDEN TOUR and in a very small amount via the webshop of www.miroque.de.
